Supported Self-Help: Empowering One-Off Tool Kit Sessions
The Toolkit Session offers you a one-off opportunity to address a particular difficulty, experience, or issue and receive immediate support and practical tools tailored to your needs. Unlike traditional psychotherapy, where issues are explored in-depth over multiple sessions, the Toolkit Session offers a focused, yet comprehensive and empathetic approach in one session. It operates almost like a consultation process, where we work together to understand your concerns and offer insights and strategies to address them effectively.

Following our discussion, you'll receive a personalised plan summarising our session and strategies, with links and resource documents provided.

In a judgment-free environment, we can discuss struggles such as:

Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, anger, life & work stress.
While the sessions can provide basic support for struggles like OCD & Trauma Responses for example, it's important to note that this support is not provided in a psychotherapeutic capacity; rather, it focuses on addressing surface-level manifestations of these difficulties rather than delving into their underlying causes.
The session will cost £70 and is a maximum duration of 1 hour, but its length is flexible, tailored to individual needs and depth of discussion.
Together, we will determine the session's duration to ensure your needs are met within the allotted time frame.
It's important to note that while I offer counselling and psychotherapy, the Toolkit session is a distinct mental health support service, not to be misconstrued as counselling or psychotherapy.
