The first session will consist of an initial assessment where we will get to know you and what it is you are wanting from therapy. ​

From there, sessions (50 minutes) will typically take place weekly or bi weekly.

​

I offer reduced-rate sessions for students who are training in therapy. If this applies to you, please contact me to discuss availability and provide confirmation of your current course of study.

 

​Note: cancellations require 48 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.
